Assuming Microsoft Word and Outlook ™ are installed already, then we install in 5 to 10 minutes, there is an icon on the desktop, you click the icon a message appears saying that you need to connect the ‘frontend file to the backend databases’. You point to a shared resource on the server where the databases are stored. When a successfully linked and updated message appears you log out and back in, a licence code request appears at which stage you give us the code we give you a response and the software is activated for 12 months from there, and you are up and running.

It should be noted that we do all of this for you when onsite initially installing. However should you change PC, increase the number of machines you want to use ConveyProControl then you can easily install and setup the software yourself, with us guiding you on the telephone.
