| The small print on a contract is not included. It cannot be, apparently this is due to an impasse between the Law Society and there appointed provider Oyez of this kind of small print. The impasse is over copy write ownership and you CANNOT copy the small print - you may however REFER to it. Its in the books and we all know what and where to find a copy of the small print conditions IF they are referred to.
We however provide the rest of the contract as a template for you. |
