The Government is determined to speed up the conveyancing process through the use of electronic conveyancing. Case management systems are a prerequisite of e-conveyancing.

Integration with other systems will speed up the transfer of property information dramatically, if only by cutting postal time and reducing data errors.

ConveyProControl integrates with SDLT.co.uk for e-submission of SDLT forms and Searchflow and TMSearch for your "search" requirements.

  Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT)

ConveyProControl via seamless integration with its sister product SDLT.co.uk can communicate direct with the HMRC Government Gateway. The SDLT electronic form is part pre-populated from data entered in ConveyProControl and then the SDLT.co.uk application validates and submits it to HMRC.

The net result is you will not get rejected forms from HMRC, thus saving you hours of frustration and you can print your SDLT5 certificate instantly -  a "blistering" return.

Is an international set of protocols which enables integration of information between participating conveyancing software.

In a new release  there will be a capability in ConveyProControl, that makes random file reviews both easy to do, to audit and to create follow up checks.

Risk Assessments matter by matter will be possible to help manage the Professional Risk of the Practice.

We have worked extensively with a Lexcel consultant in designing and providing for Risk Assessment. In essence whether or not you wish to go through the Lexcel accreditation process is up to you, but ConveyProControl will mean your conveyancing department by default is compliant and helps you demonstrate compliance.
