  e-conveyancing

The Government is determined to speed up the conveyancing process through the use of electronic conveyancing. Case management systems are a prerequisite of e-conveyancing.

Integration with other systems will speed up the transfer of property information dramatically, if only by cutting postal time and reducing data errors.

ConveyProControl integrates with SDLT.co.uk for e-submission of SDLT forms and Searchflow and TMSearch for your search requirements.

ConveyProControl and SDLT.co.uk are Affiliate Members of the E-Homebuying Forum
E-Homebuying Forum was established in April 2008 to provide a platform for companies who wish to modernise the home buying process. The Forum will work with Government and other industry stakeholders to provide industry-wide strategic vision and direction in pursuit of an easier, greener and more transparent home buying process.

Archie Courage, Managing Director of ConveyProControl and SDLT.co.uk says: “We fully support the aims of the E-Homebuying forum; in this volatile market, we need such a body to bring together all industries involved in Homebuying process. To date, SDLT.co.uk has enabled law firms to make over 400,000 Stamp Duty submissions, saving them a huge amount of time and improving efficiency. Combining our efforts with the forum, we hope to move the industry forward.”

  Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT)

ConveyProControl via seamless integration with its sister product SDLT.co.uk can communicate direct with the HMRC Government Gateway. The SDLT electronic form is part pre-populated from data entered in ConveyProControl and then the SDLT.co.uk application validates and submits it to HMRC.

The net result is you will not get rejected forms from HMRC, thus saving you hours of frustration and you can print your SDLT5 certificate instantly -  a "blistering" return.

  HM Land Registry

HMRC, The Law Society and HMLR updates can be obtained via the client access part of our website.

Integration with other systems is a key feature of ConveyProControl

PISCES (Property Information Systems Common Exchange Standard)

Is an international set of protocols which enables integration of information between participating conveyancing software.

NLIS channel members and private search organisations are all moving toward making their systems PISCES compliant. As yet, not all local authorities have an electronic capability.

  Lexcel Standard

Lexcel is the legal industry quality standard. It can also play a role in indemnity insurance negotiations. ConveyProControl can assist its clients to become Lexcel compliant.

We have worked extensively with a Lexcel consultant in designing and providing for Risk Assessment. In essence whether or not you wish to go through the Lexcel accreditation process is up to you, but ConveyProControl will mean your conveyancing department by default is compliant and helps you demonstrate compliance.
